Now, I'm at a point in my life where my W-2 job is making me a stable income (tax accountant) and I'm very interested in investing in real estate.My first course of action (other than studying for my CPA exam and subsequently obtain a higher wage from my W-2) is to look at a fourplex in the Bellevue, kirkland, Redmond area.
