I'd suggest if you can't drive the neighborhoods, you go to youtube and type in "Driving the hood in Columbus" or something similar.

I do have a video I can send them of me doing a walkthrough of the property in between guests.

This included adding a video game system (retro PacMan), adding central A/C, rehabbing backyard space to include life-sized outdoor games, grill, firepit & seating.Before hiring the PM, I did a thorough competitive analysis to determine where I could feasibly land revenue-wise if the property was fully maximized to its potential within the existing constraints (location) and with the PM fees.
