Even worse as the pay is uncertain, kinda low and you have to work weekends. 

I spent most of my weekend combing the internet to see what I could find for Wisconsin but I can't seem to find anything.

I am out of state (Portland, OR) visiting Charlotte from December Feb 28 - Mar 1 before seeing some family in the area for the weekend.

It's the long weekend, so my lender is OOO. :)If I buy a multifamily home, and keep one unit vacant (while renting out the others) would I be in breach of my loan agreement?

I think I will have mostly weekend or long weekend stays and am planning to go all out on luxury targeting people in driving distance for stay-cations and splurge weekends so price point will be higher than most around which I am hoping will bridge the gap in higher occupancy. 

Some first time home buyer with overoptimistic DIY skills and a gross underestimation of how to fit 500 man hours of rehab into a few weekends will pay list price. 

I'll hope to be able to share a lot of information this weekend after the meeting.  

We saw a major boom in people wholesaling when the market was crazy, now you will see most of the weekend warriors drop out of the game completely.
