I am willing to go out of state...though I liked the thought of being a day's drive from a visual inspection.

LLCs also allow for a dynamic change to the operating agreement between the members of the LLC and also they can spell out the responsibilities of each member.

It's one of those situations where everyone knows everything about everyone else and i was definitely not aware of this dynamic when i decided to buy and move in.Getting back to my tenants/neighbors dilemma. 

Really appreciate the input and something I had not necessarily considered was transportation from where I am to a market to really understand the dynamics I wouldn't otherwise be able to virtually.

Larger markets would have more inventory, be more dynamic and diversified in their economies, more (and maybe higher quality?) 

You can build a Small knee wall to conceal the side of the range and provide a visual termination point for the kitchen.

Besides, we just really like the dynamics of the MH industry.  

Any thoughts on this dynamic?
