Pictures are good but some things dont photograph well.Lastly, leave a binder with all your owners manuals, label things that are difficult to operate with pictures if you need to.

Yes, he is self-promoting as well, but not thinly veiled by any means....and Reed himself can be easily researched.I used this info as a way to find cheap/free info by real veterans of the business who have had years upon years of steady success.The first thing I did after visiting this site was buy a book called Landlording by Leigh Robinson who Reed clearly holds on a pedestal.
