You tow a small trailer with a tiny econo-car (Swift, Geo, Leaf, etc) for running around and the trailer can be towed by the RV to do real hardware store runs for drywall and lumber.

@Mark Douglas Here's what a lender is going to want to see when they make a loan (no matter what they may tell you)... if you default on the loan, they can unload the asset the next day and then come after you personally for the difference in what they sold it for and what you owe.

Between the deficit of plastics coming out of Texas, a decrease in supply from the lumber industry as ppl got laid of during the pandemic, rise in shipping cost, and on top of that.... an increase in remodels from those putting their stimulus checks to work for them.
