I know of one on Long Island that I use on the regular for my traditional buyer and seller listings, who is also skilled in double closings.

I'm in Long Island NY and I would imagine there is lots of competition in my area, but potentially lots of opportunity.

I am looking for a 4 or higher multi-family off the pennisula, or possibly a solid foreclosure in james island / west ashley for a short term rental.More than anything I need an agen t with with way more experience locally than I have.
