I say that because we've had extraordinary interest in that territory in our WeBuyHouses.com system - we could have sold it 7 times by now!

I am personally not bothered just by their presence but it would depend on what the issue is.

The begin to promote all the free ads, posts, forums, directories, social media, etc.This will allow you to setup a foundation for an Internet presence without breaking your wallet.

You never, ever litigate a business issue over 'principle' because it is just too expensive and risky.But, again, let me restate what I said before, in over 30 years of being a real estate investor, no one, not in any US state or territory, has ever provided proof to me showing a note was called just because someone moved it into an entity without the lender's permission.

In fact, I'd be shocked if the signed escrow instructions didn't supersede a purchase agreement unless stated otherwise in the PA in every US state and territory.

For the rural territory we'll market to owners with > 60% equity and sold more than 30 years ago.

Many have been guruized, non-compete agreements are not really applicable in RE, such ideas are adopted from other business arenas, for example in a franchise where I have a protected territory, you can't have a protected territory in RE so much unless it's under the umbrealla of a comapny and I've never heard of that.

I mainly want to do rehab flips but I'm sure some wholesale deals will also come with the territory (I want to generate cash).
