Apparently the coffee was being served so hot (190 degrees, which is much hotter than coffee is normally served) because of a policy McDonalds developed based on consumer research that showed people were more likely to spend additional time/money at their franchises if they had to wait longer for their coffee to cool down enough to drink it (if consumed at the temperature served, it would burn people's mouths and throats).

@Pragati Soni to be frank there don't seem to be many issues, a water heater that is old but still functional is not something most sellers will fix, same with the HVAC, now if it is way below on temperature splits, maybe but a degree or two because the inspector has to write something, not a huge deal.

Again if YOUR paying the bills, you should really investigate further into load reductions... how well the place is insulated. how to reduce water consumption, etcThey Also sell thermostats that can have a remote sensor so you can try to regulate the temperature from a different point then the actual area the thermostats in to try to help balance things.
