There was actually even an Airbnb on Meharry Boulevard that was targeted by thieves while guests were inside.I have found some great returns for clients in transitioning areas but would say it seems to be a bit too risky for the time being.

Typically those don't have much chance of achieving their revenue growth or profit targets.  

Take a look at this ad, which is clearly targeting a keyword that a buyer would use.I know what you’re thinking: “Yeah, I only pay when someone clicks on my ad,” which is true.
