I realize each broker her their own which I am happy to sign but I haven't seen this before and gives me pause simply at the perpetuity for 2 years.

They may replace the fan and put in the old fixture in whatever condition it is now, or maybe they realize it is damaged and buy a new one to put in.

So for processing payments on the site (if airbnb is indeed 3 percent) then it seems the benefit of that would be negligible unless there are other airbnb fees I'm not realizing

I realize you are a ways away but if you get an attorney involved you are looking at more time and in my experience, most people are never are happy with the out come.
