Telling your buyers rehab is $20k, and the house needs everything, I see laughable and will only end with no buyer, and the wholesaler backing out leaving the actual seller high and dry.

Just a little about me, I own a painting company, however, we do custom cabinetry, dry walling, flooring, etc.

If the bathroom really hasn't been used in a while it is likely that one or more of the traps have dried out. 

Since refin has really dried up here in Northern CA I hear desperate escrow officers begging for work or face cutbacks. 

I'm waiting for that right deal, or at least until some of this frothiness comes out of the market.With Quantitative Tightening in effect, I'm hoping the hot money starts drying up. 

Non payment cases are cut and dry. 

Anyways, the laminate is dried now but there are areas where it has bubbled up.

I think we have come to a nice agreement... but nothing is for sure until the ink dries and the check is cashed or the keys are finally in my hand. 

One concern is that all the walls are plaster still and haven’t been dry walled so I’m sure a lot of what’s between the studs is out of date.
