This is standard practice, but there are exceptions.

If an agent brings a client and buys the wholesale deal, their standard contract is the second contract that the original contract is being assigned to.

It can also be probably fight in court if this is a monopolistic practice if you think about it but who will want to fight it :D.  

My cost to build a 900 sf to 1,200 sf container home is about $90 / sf and that cost comes down in a production environment where materials can be purchased in quantities and the workforce is working on a standard floorplan with multiple units in process simultaneously.

If you put any information on social media you are practicing real estate without a license.

You should be able to balance paying down your home quicker than the standard 30 years while still investing in real estate, so instead of 1-2 a year, maybe 1 every 2 years?

We do some cosmetic improvements to bring homes to our standard, typically carpet and paint, upgrade lighting etc.

I haven't reviewed the Standard Lease Agreement yet, but all I need is the right to sublet, and possibly some negotiated capital responsibilities (owner pays for repairs over a certain amount or split responsibilities on certain expenses).
