It has a big following on Social Media.

There is good google suite integration as well as mass email blast potential and social media scheduling.

Though you can get a lot of good information from social media, a lot of the time you will see extravagant things.

A lot of this game has turned into a social media/marketing business instead of RE investing.  

All houses right now are mortgaged through my name/social, but deeded over to real estate trusts.

@Thomas SehonRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I do recommend creating social profiles to strengthen your brand online.

While I appreciate the content and how it's presented, it's tough to fully trust what’s shared on social media.
