Good points above, but my main point is the same as Mike: there are great tenants that pay market rent.You should raise rent on a great tenant the same way you would with a decent tenant or a bad tenant: quickly and professionally.Kevin is a smart guy, but I'm afraid I have to disagree with his incremental rent increases.
