I saw someone posted about them also in December, I am curious to know what your experience was with them.  

I think I'll start out where I live and probably branch out outnof state once I build my knowledge and experience. 

It can work if you have experience and a local team to help.

I am in it and feel it is worth it as they have groups all over the country who, with experience transaction coordinators and funding groups, and even closers to help you along the way.

Anyone have experience renting a Non-Conforming triplex unit that meets Code through Section 8? 

.- It costs me me less to turn over my 1500 SF units that rent for $3k/m then it does the same size section 8 unit because the property is cared for better and experiences less  wear and tear while fixed costs like cleaning and painting are easier to absorb. 

(Probably same in attorney state but I have no experience there.)it will make inspection problematic.

I'd love to hear anyone's experience in the construction of a duplex on land.

On the other hand, I’m hesitant to simply pay down more of a property, as we don’t need the immediate cash flow.Fortunately, both my wife’s job and mine are recession-proof, which allows us to be a bit more aggressive with our investments.I’d really appreciate advice from investors who have experience with frequent moves or military service.
