Then follow those concerns with solutions, such as having a system in place for tenants to make maintenance requests (including in emergencies), why all of your spare time won't be consumed by these investments, being properly insured against hazards, etc.Your wife doesn't have to be passionate about real estate like you are but if you address the concerns upfront, it's much easier to get the ball rolling in the right direction.

BUT, the mere fact that you are attempting to place a lender in a position in which they will now ostracize all other non-LGBTQ customers is a clear violation of the same regulations put in place to protect you and all other cousmers in the first place and is why they will decline to work with you in this manner... you are forcing them to encroach on the rights of other cosumers to access their services, which is a violation of the cosumer safety regulations impossed on them.

We buy, fix, flip and manage and leave no stone unturned when looking for deals.We negotiate hard, buy with cash and close quickly.Gotta buy cheap in order to make margin but still deliver a turnkey property to investor at fair market value.I've always believed in "making money when you buy and not when you sell".So it's important to buy cheap.A strategy that I always tell all of our buyers when investing is to always "underestimate income and overestimate expenses".If you think it won't happen to you, it will and you can't go wrong including a margin of safety when predicting expenses.I hope that helps 👍
