Switched PMs recently and the former PM decided to remove our entire listing.

If someone ends up with food poisoning or a trip to the ER because of their peanut allergy I don't want it to have anything to do with me.

There has been a run on gas and food, and schools are closed for the week. 

However, the moment I take them off as authorized users, it removes it from their profile and their scores will drop.

I can live happily with just a bed, food, and my laptop! 

I experimented with removing my cleaning fees in one unit.  

Having said that the tenant did pay for them and they were temporary and had them done by a professional and will pay to have them removed when they leave (they've been there almost 10 years at this point).If the PM told the tenant they can have the repairs done, have your person go and look at them to see if they were done properly. 

That being said I don't get anything out of sharing this just leaving my honest opinion so others can make the best decision for themselves, best of luck with your businessMy guess (and just a guess) is he's one of these guys that makes money teaching people about "sub 2" vs. making money doing what he teaches.I mean -- after 2008, which is when I started in this business, I did tons of deals that were sub2, wraps, and other creative solutions(side note: I used to share an old blog post I wrote on the topic 10+ years ago but BP deleted my post once as 'promotion' and that's when I removed all info about my company) I don't see any reason to pay someone to teach you.  

Housing is a very important bill for many families to pay, but it still comes behind food.  

Remove, renovate, re-tenant.
