It has to be constantly worked on and reinforced.

These are reinforced in our listings, confirmation email, guestbook and even signs in the home. 

Just finished reading the "How to Invest in RE" book and want to build my "to do" lists and work through MINS (not trying to show off, just using the book terms for "reinforcement"). 

This of course assumes nothing funky is going on with the structure, e.g. falling apart and needs significant structural reinforcement.2) Financing ideas.

If so all that plaster and/or the walls that were removed were probably keeping the house standing up straight, and it started to lean/flop until they reinforced it.It would be too much of a project for me personally.

For example, if you spent the last year studying and understanding rental properties, rehabs, and property management, would you reinforce those fundamentals or take an internship in an area less to your understanding, like marketing or analytics?

One of my college friends died of a sudden heart attack last year in his late 40's, also after 20+ years of working on Wall St (lots of pressure) and it reinforced my decision to walk away as soon as financially feasible and still have my health.Perhaps someone on BP have a story more exciting like buying bitcoin at $1 or win a sizable lottery? 

.- Install reinforced steel rebar into base of the column.- Pour new footer and reinforce with concrete and rebar per engineering report.- Backfill soil around each footer.- Dig around 7 exposed deck footers and reinforce, dig 2 feet and apply rebar, pour concrete and replace old footers.
