No politics allowed....but you can almost just go with Red State vs Blue State....

We went with 2 of the wash towers in our STR and we are our cleaner's favorite house to care for - the love that they can get all the linens clean so quickly! 

And anything you spill goes right over them, so red wine or pasta sauce will do a number on them.At least with wood finish, it blends in well, though curious to see any and all replies.

Which raised some red flags for me.My concern is I don't know the real reason why the seller is selling the property. 

This is the biggest red flag for sellers.Well, this sounds great for Buyers.

It has appreciated almost 2.5X of the original purchase price, however the cash flow is typically $25 in the red every month sometimes more with maintenance issues. 

I looked at a couple of deals of his a few years ago but they seemed like bad deals, red flags, so I passed. 

If I remember correctly, East Coast Tax Auction LLC and Red Rock Capital were two of the high volume bidders.
