I'm part of an HOA board and we have to uphold the rules set by the County in regards to recycling.

I have recycled some of the same money and done roughly 40 flips.

The attorney takes some contract they have from a deal a decade ago or a recycled purchase agreement that has been circulating around for years and is boilerplate but of unknown origin. 

You can then start BRRRRing and if you find good enough deals, you can recycle that money over and over again. 

Probably he was going to disassemble and take the salvageable parts to a recycler was my guess. 

However, if you are BRRRRing, ideally you are only really doing 1 large withdrawal from the market as you are recycling those funds as many times as possible across deals.

What that money you can do a remote BRRRR, and get your money back out with a cash flowing rental, and recycle the money again.

It took a lot of abuse from 5 years of college girls BUT it was made from recycled plastic bottles & the stains came out.

We have completed lots of projects but we still appreciate the discipline that comes from continually re cycling our own capital; if we lose money it forces us to evaluate our processes & work harder.

We'd hope to put 10-15% down on the first place and then just keep recycling that money!
