That is why I am making the push to move into investing.  

We also see this on the construction side, with varying interpretations of code - so a large part of our job is advocating for homeowners to push back on local jurisdictions requiring improvements that CA state law prohibits.

I completely get where you're coming from; the fear of starting can be daunting, but the rewards of pushing through that fear are immense.I’m involved in real estate investing, specifically focused on new construction duplexes in Indianapolis.

I don't think I am pushing it over the total photo data limit because I have uploaded other photos since getting this one rejected.

The image attached is an example calculation I did and I had to push the appreciation to 25% to be able to pull a good amount for the next down payment.With these calculations, it made me realize that I might have to find alternative ways to go from house hack one to house hack two.

The worst ones usually don't have any clear cut guidelines (a lot of the underwriters will make up their own rules if they do not like the deal), Suck at communicating (will reply days later), Push aggressive terms to get deals in and then switch them, and Not really motivated to get things done (they will adverse a loan without any hesitation). 

I have literally lost thousands of dollars - so much passive activity loss that can pushed forward on my taxes.

Tenants do not even blink at the cost.I think I had one prospect push back several years ago.
