Here's the concept:Would you as an investor be interested in financing the purchase of a BRRR, and partnering with a contractor to handle repairs, maintenance, and property management on a mutually agreed upon and contracted basis, in exchange for equity at a pre-determined sales date or market indicator?

With a loan you are paying back the funds based on a pre-determined interest rate...does that make it different from a security?

There's a good chance one of you will want out of the deal before the other one is ready or before the predetermined time and if you have a pre-planned solution then it eliminates all kinds of headaches between members.
