I've also leveraged that capability to build some pretty cool dashboard on my end to occupancy, revenue, and cancellation rates across all platforms. 

With today's high interest rates, it usually doesn't make sense.

Ton's of people with golden shackles of sub 3% rates, epic net shortage, skilled labor shortage, on and on. 

Airbnb people have been discount seekers. try not to go by what you have heard,  but try it on one of your properties  and give it a few months  at a higher rate. 

Landlord friendly laws keep you safe(ish) from legal disputes with tenants and there are pockets in both markets that are appreciating at solid or better rates.

Hoping at some point the interest rates drop!!!!

Think I better clarify - this isn't an altruistic attempt to help VRBO 😄, but rather a hope that it might result in a higher overall booking rate if both platforms perform at a high level
