Try white on grey or even white on white if you want to be bold.Every house has its own unique personality from its architectural style and neighborhood to the years of use.

I could see that line of work take off in Portland, especially for someone who knows design, architecture, and  what makes a good rentals. 

If  you're talking about exterior architectural details, I worked in that business in the early 1990's. 

During this time I attended night school and attained an Associate in Architecture, and eventually Bachelors in Construction Engineering.

Take a cruise down Kathleen and see different architecture on each street you cross! 

Both have great architecture and are stable employers. 

I would be very careful what advice you take as far as "architectural".

The roofing cost is to replace all of the shingles with 30-year architectural shingles.
