I don't know of any resources set resources, it reminds me of when I was starting a food truck back in 2012 there wasn't much web presence or resources.

Ya know what blows my mind is being a person of pre-internet, is just how many people will throw $ away on BS "Guru" packages vs just googling a dang thing and finding the plethora of FREE info to answer it all....

it takes years to build credit with an entity. find a portfolio lender that allows you to buy in llc with you as a guarantor. they will stop the guarantor after you get enough leverage in the package.

Thank you, I've previously requested a copy of the new Rules & Regs, and now have also submitted the request stating I need them even if I need to order and pay for a whole resale disclosure package, although that shouldn't be required for a long-term owner who just wants the Rules & Regs

I usually onboard my clients by giving them an investor package, neighborhood map, contractor spreadsheet, and lender and pm referrals. 

So, I ordered one of their packages, which came with several reports, none of which showed a red flag.What I don't know yet is whether or not, having ordered those reports, I satisfy EPA's "All Appropriate Inquiries" rule.
