It looks like in your state (CT) like my state PA that electricity is de-regulated meaning that the consumer can actually choose the company that generates the electricity separate of the one that maintains the physical lines and handles billing.

Then go ahead and place that document (LOI and PoF) in an envelope and mail it to the PO Box in Pennsylvania, again dated the current date. 9 times in 10, this is where all their other bills go, so it's a mailing address they actually check.If the listing broker is doing their job, then there's no harm and no foul.

with such a high mortgage rate, it is very hard to find cash flowing investment even at 40percent down. everyone makes it sound so easy to find something with cashflow, but its not.There are cashflowing properties all over AL, GA, MO, OH, MD, PA - we're funding $30 mil a month and 50%-60% of our business is rental loans.

@Joseph ODonovanYes, in PA you can simply state your property is not Section 8 approved or that you do not want to go through the process.
