Adding all modern amenities, new flooring, paint, New lights, opened walls for an open feel, reconfigure the kitchen, installed a/c, dishwashers, laundry, etc.I am getting $1100 for my up unit and have a deposit collected for the down unit at $1000 a month.

I want to duplicate it on a larger scale making very livable small units with modern finishes.

I'm looking at podio and pipedrive.Keep hearing people on BP saying they are using those.They look good, modern.

We can't really figure out what we should do to make them more modern and look better.

Just because gold has had a (relatively) long history of staying power, mostly through European/Middle Eastern society, doesn't mean that it is inherently any more or less valuable than a flimsy piece of rag with pictures printed on it.

All the nearby comps are renovated in a modern clean style with wood floors and updated kitchens/bathrooms. 

Floors aren't creaky, modern plumbing and electric, steel beams stabilizing the ground floor (as viewed from dirt crawlspace).

I would make sure the units have modern appliances including dishwashers and modern color schemes.

I feel both the greater Reno and Salt Lake area have small plots of land that new modern awesome looking apartments could be built on.
