A seller who wants to get out of her home called me. She

In reality knowing my personality, if I was told to get up at 5am I would be pissedTake a minute and make sure that the profession and your personality mesh. 

Told me she would love to work with me but the catch is the interest rate that can go anywhere from 8%-12% and still would require money down in some instances.

When I told her she wouldn't retain her deposit she then told me she was staying and made comments that should may damage the propety.

I didn't pay much attention to Brighthouse, but I currently have them in my apartment for internet only 35 mbps My total cost with tax is $45 including the wifi router fee.

You have to have someone who will mesh with your philosophy.

We mesh well and are all generally not stupid.

The wife doesn't work and is a stay at home mom who home schools her 2 children..The husband works and makes above the 3x the rent requirement..The problem is that she just told me she has an eviction on her record from 2005 or 2007...She didn't want to waste anyone's time if that would disqualify them...Any opinions???
