It's funny too how so many of you share the same akward writing styles and make the same small mistakes while posting.If you guys are all real individual people, you are drinking some crazy coolaid, and have all the reasoning skills of a rabid badger. 

I have also managed the day-to-day operations which involved me ensuring all amenities were stocked, coordination with the cleaning staff, and handling communication with challenging guests.My Remote work skills have proven me to be a great asset for my property owner who was not much involved in running their airbnb rental but was well-informed by me. 

You have to put in the effort, demonstrate the skills, and spend the time to scale up.  

We are starting to see more and more demand from corporate entitities at our MTRs whether that be from companies providing for their executives or skilled laborers, or insurance-associated temporary housing. 

I think it's important to start with this - is your 250k debt what you owe in principal on the mortgage on your home or is this separate debt (credit cards, cars, medical, student, etc)?

Whether you choose to flip or explore other creative ways to build your portfolio, trust in your skills and knowledge—you’ve got this!

Near Medical Center, UTSA, or somewhere else if it is a really good deal.
