The workbook they send in the mail is about half full of more like therapy sessions and learning your why, what kind of traumas are stopping you from being the most successful version of yourself, typical guru space filling fluff.

In 2015 I had one rental property and I purchased the building that I have my therapy practice in.

Bad is bad they need to be Policed not go through therapy..  

I caution against importing and massaging the data too much, you can easily spend more time collecting data than looking for a deal.

I'm not terribly upset though, we live it a great area and have a small farm on the property that is wonderful therapy for us all.We want to get started in our real estate adventure.

That lease will have been used in eviction cases for years, all sorts of disputes and added too and massaged by the lawyers to fit what they need. 

With the volume of projects we produce, we aren't in the business of massaging sites over the long term.We need to build within the next 12-24 months, or sooner, merchant build style apartments deals.
