First, think about asset protection and consider whether holding your property in an LLC or similar entity might provide liability advantages—consulting a real estate attorney can clarify your options.

If you are buying another home, I think there are also ways to transfer your mortgage.We have mortgages that are similar to that in the United States but use different terms to describe them.

I do, however, see you regularly posting regularly on LinkedIn, in a similar fashion to your posts last year here on BiggerPockets.Normally, this would be an issue that I'd move on from and not waste my time on.
