@Will Mejia it sounds like you don't want to deal with residential tenant issues anymore, which is fair.

This second defeat at the ballot seemingly left WIP with few options, and it was looking like they way overpaid for this land that in it's current legal state could only be used as a golf course or park.

of course the sale of hurricane damaged houses also confuses the issue (my house had no such damage but is only about 4 blocks from houses that did). 

So even though I lost a deal and commission I won loyalty and a client for life and became very valued as an agent and very successful by getting the money that was deserved and obviously, rightfully, morally and legally due to her.  

I have done it in the past and never had an issue until recently.

I've printed out a Notice to Quit and will post it on their door for legal protection.
