Of course, we would likely find better tenants with a nicer home on the property.Building a House seems like the best option, but it seems with a mortgage on our current home that a lender would be hard to find and though I have significant construstion experience, building a house is intimidating and probably out of my league.

Instead, I signed up for a bunch of Spartan races and Tough Mudders that were WAY out of my fitness league, and that has pressed me to hit the gym more.

You are pretty close in League city... at least for checking in on things etc.  

Lots of concerts in addition to the football/baseball games. 

But really these leagues are more about keeping the players fit for global competitions, where there is actual money for them.So, my perspective is not to lament about the women's professional game, but to tell you not to expect much of a boon from this.
