I am in the process with a lawyer, trying to see what justice can be done.

Gurus dispensing bad advice is nothing new; they’ve been around since the late 1960s, empowered by the first run up in California housing prices.  

I would get a second lawyer's opinion.

For what it's worth, some ideas I've seen pitched are grocery bundles (e.g. a breakfast bundle for 2-4 people with eggs, bacon, bagels, cream cheese, and OJ all pre-stocked in the fridge), meal kits, a pre-stocked drink fridge, charcuterie boards, premium coffee selection, bike/e-bike/scooter/kayak/canoe rentals, video game consoles, upgraded work-from-home office amenities (e.g. oversized computer monitor), etc.I'm not a lawyer, but cocktail kits, bottles of wine, local craft beer, and other alcoholic items seem like they would fall into a grey area from liability perspective. 

So, I called my coach and he got super defensive and was threatening that he was recording the call and was going to send his lawyers after me if I involved his name.It just seems like it’s been one thing after the next, I recently spoke with another group of students that had an accepted offer and Ryan and Tyler and their partners backed out on that deal as well possibly ruining a broker relationship for their students.

I would strongly suggest you speak with the lawyer who prepared your fund docs.

Do what your lawyers say and you should be fine.Should be noted that the full 90 day nonrenewal requirement only attaches if the tenant has a lease more than a year long, has lived there more than a year, or has refused a reasonable renewal offer.

on Friday 5pm), noticed it Friday 5:30pm so couldn't ask my lawyer which was the one who submitted the complaint,yes I have a docket number.

Any advice or information on similar situations would be helpful, as well as any eviction lawyer referrals would be appreciated.Note, the town is not Jersey City - our town is not listed.
