I have no issues sharing what we have learned up to this point and the work instructions / processes we have built. 

I have FAR MORE MANAGEMENT ISSUES because of the SHARED PORCH.  

The issue is our land value is high, so the structure value is low compared to the overall property cost. 

I do own two triplexes in Scranton, and I will say the one issue is that you are going to be taking care of the utilities normally if they are not on separate meters, which could take a good amount of money away from your overall cash flow. 

Need some more statements from them but liquidity shouldn’t be an issue either.

I haven't had any issues with my tenants either.

If the drywall cracks in the next year or two, or the doors start to stick, then you likely have a larger settlement issue going on, and will likely need to call a foundation repair contractor. 

She is arguing about the law. 

We have a very severe affordable housing issue here!
