On one of their finds, they told us that they found black mold in the kitchen and bathroom, which is interesting since I painted and redid the faucets in those two areas, and saw none.

Before price reduction seriously consider kitchen island with seating (2 seats, maybe 3 would fit?).

Finished basement, opened up kitchen, complete remodel.

Windows, roof, landscape, finished basement, new bathrooms, and kitchen.

Rehab bathrooms, floor, paint, kitchen, new appliances, split the property.

This is why some home listings don't have major kitchen appliances.

The leak was coming into the kitchen and on top of the refrigerator.
