It is a suburb in South Jersey along the Delaware River, about 5 miles outside Philadelphia with easy highway access and available public transit to the city.

I am in south jersey and trying to find a title company that does wholesale and double closings.

I had one guy tell me the last second that one of the properties he had for sale had a title company set up already and was looking for proof of funding so i stepped off it, i seem to run into this issue lately no matter what area it is, i'm looking to Wholesale in the Central, South Jersey and Philadelphia Areas, so any Thoughts, or Clarity from anybody who has ran into this issue too or am i not doing things the right way??

This poperty in south Jersey looks to be listed as a bank approved short sale at $135k.

Anyone have contacts with a bank in north Jersey that a solid investor can work with?

Btw we plan to invest near where we currently live which is New Jersey. 

I have a family member who is on section 8 in New Jersey.
