In the interim, I strongly suggest obtaining a list of all the commercial banks in the Omaha area, selecting the smaller/newer banks (they tend to be more hungry and therefore more liberal), and contacting their senior commmercial lender.

The terms I list are pretty liberal.

I would hope that conservatives in CA and liberals in WV don't really feel that their vote is being thrown away just because the candidate they support can't win that state!

Whether a court would care might depend on how liberal a state you are in.
