You're best off continuing what is currently being implemented and then making adjustments once you have a better grasp on the building.

They had issues selling them so they continued to try and work them out and I do not think that went as planned.

Our house is the cheapest in our neighborhood, and the Viera area continues to open new businesses and build up with new $650k+ homes.

It will be a constant grind of content creation, and continuing to learn and regurgitate your learnings into digestible content.  

They don't cash flow....at all, but the future benefit here is the option to build new once the neighborhoods continue to appreciate and get new developments.

We hope to own this building for a long time as we enjoy taking care of it and continuing to make it a staple of the neighborhood.
