Outside of that, still trying to work out long term effects.I could potentially wait longer to see if the currency rebounds but opinion seems to be that with less immigration, along with changes so landlords can no longer write off mortgage interest, prices will drop.There's been some Vancouver BP meets, organized by @Matthew Jarvis so try and get yourself along if you can!

If you're really having problems finding a lender that knows this, it may simply be because Georgia doesn't have a particularly large immigrant population (I'm in CA, so this is normal for us - everything from Italians to Koreans to Mexicans).If you are in the country unlawfully but have an ITIN, you will need to search far and wide for an "ITIN Mortgage Lender."

I'm an immigrant from a small island who had done a 2 yr degree in business and was wondering if that would be sufficient enough to get me approved for a licence providing that i have already met the other requirements for applying for a real estate licence in Florida. have anyone else ever gone through that process and if so let me know how you dealt with it. thank you in advance.
