I'm looking into the available integrations through PMS software like Guesty, Hostfully, etc. that could help with things that the PMS does not offer.Which PMS systems do y'all use?

I found the best place to start is at the local meetup groups...make friends with the hosts and who their best connections are. 

Looking for suggestions on co-hosting, STR market analysis, RE investing for or in retirement - just reading anything I can get my hands on in my (late in life) RE journey.

We use hostfully to list on multiple channels, pricelabs to help with maximizing REVPAR, U-Tec to manage smartlocks, and turno to manage our cleaners.

Then there was the peyote church leader who seemed really nice and cool at first but then started growing mushrooms and peyote in his closet, and when I went out of town he hosted all night bonfire peyote parties in the yard playing bongos all night, then stabbed another house mate who came home hammered drunk and asked the peyote church parishioners to be quiet at 4am or so and they both ended up in jail and I had to evict them both while they were in jail.

He also does some coaching and hosts a few groups on the topic. 

Hi All ~ In a recent episode of Real Estate Rookie, Tony + Ashley referenced a platform that you can link to your hosting platform that will allow guests to book add-ons directly; they were advising someone who wanted to offer the option of daily passes to a local gym.I'm actually needing/would love to have something like this, + didn't know that such platforms existed.

It's around 4 acres of land that could be developed into a cul de sac with ~10 SF homes.However the lot currently hosts a 5k sqft commercial/industrial structure (made out of metal). 

Even if you have little or no money - you can get started doing rental arbitrage or co-hosting.

I'm presently hosting my first MTR guest who came through Furnished Finders so all the background checks and payments were handled on that platform.
