No one minds coming along side someone taking action but it's hard are find people who have time for someone who isn't or hasn't done anything. 

This alongside the growth we have individually will help us reach our retirement and generational wealth goals.

I can save my cashflow which will be $22800 and use it to pay off my lien alongside the buyers down payment.Loan balance in 5 years: $40kCashflow saved in 5 years: $22k.

Hopefully this hiccup is not the norm!

Maybe the best bet for me at this point is to try to work along side a syndicator, even though I have zero interest in syndicating a deal myself (just my personality) but the time is a tough commitment to me. 

Whenever we purchase a property we must hold it maintain but it's difficult to handle everything together like organization or job, household, particular works alongside managing hire home so for that people employ home manager or property administration company.

Bankruptcy is the only hiccup that comes to mind, but I'm not a lawyer...Mechanics becomes the question.

The only hiccup would be if you've taken a Section 121 exemption (the $250k CG write off described above) within the last two years or if you acquired the property through a 1031 exchange (meaning you bought it as an investment, then moved in to it, then rented it out again).
