Each time a permit is pulled an inspection will need to happen before it is "closed" again and a subsequent approval can be granted.In the end, after all the other permits have been closed and the "finals" have been done, there is the Certificate of Occupancy and a celebration dance for surviving the gamut of governmental chaos!

The last big thing is a reminder that this is exactly how a TV celebrity described his program where unfortunately hundreds of investors lost life-changing sums of money buying properties where renovations were never performed and the properties were never truly managed.

Shortly after is the biggest event of the year, Fantasy Fest  which draws tens of thousands, immediacy after that is power boat races, which bring many rich folk, then Christmas, the iconic New Year’s Eve celebration, winter (sooo many snowbirds), spring break is always insane, singers songwriters fest, mile 0 fest and the list goes on.  

There is obviously a limit to how long you should take, but you should also celebrate the victories that you have made.
