I am building a monthly passive cash flow for my retirement.   

I’m in the learning phase and saving up the cash for my 1st deal.

Delta has not charged me extra for the new block.

I know a lot of investors have done very well in Peirce County but I just haven't learned or know enough about that market to make an investment there.Washington state properties are expensive and can be difficult to make breakeven let alone cash flow at this moment due to the combination of high prices and interest rates.

As long as the property cash flows, that's what is mainly needed. 

This seemed to go well and I got it rented and cash flowing pretty well. 

Cost to the REI is ONLY the cash that comes out of their pocket. 

While cash flow is always a plus, I prioritize long-term appreciation as a key factor in building lasting wealth.I’ve noticed that many investors focus solely on cash flow without considering long-term wealth creation.
