You would basically offer the same set up utilities but you would have a residual income monthly by renting the plot to the owners of the space.

Having a real estate license can definitely offer some advantages, but it’s not necessarily a must for everyone.

Some landlords offer a discount for early payment as an incentive, but I'm not sure that would be appropriate in this case.

Both Conventional loans and DSCR loans can offer this flexibility, depending on the specific scenario and borrower qualifications.
