I stop using attorneys to fight my taxes after speaking to a tax attorney at a party and she shared that sometimes she is embarrassed to take people's money, as she does't do anything else different than the owner.I will use an attorney only if I don't have time to do it myself.

I'm sure I will one day regret all the "stupid" and embarrassing questions I am asking online right now - but for now the help is appreciated, so here goes:I have a small single family property that I just purchased.

If all works out well, the deal would be a very nice one and I am struggling to make a decision of whether to let this go or embarrass it and move forward with a lot of due diligence and inspections.Thank you in advance for all the input.Wishing you all a very Happy Holidays!!!

I'm so embarrassed, I just realized this article is dated October 28.

Now the seller thinks you are a punk, and you're posting here asking the best way to put your embarrassed tail between your legs and go back for another chance...I take no issue with a low offer - if that's truly what you think you can do.  

If you aren't a little embarrassed by how low your offer is then you are offering too much.

Im totally embarrassed & humiliated over this.
