Every Month someone is evicted here and all of there belongings are all over the property, dumpsters, halls, parking lot etc.

Even if the tenant leaves personal belongings behind, the landlord has the right to throw them away.

For the most part most of them do not belong to either the national nor their state associations and do not attend major industry events where this kind of information is routinely shared.

You kept your receipts you know which ones belong to those properties.You enter the credit card (amex) statement as a Payable Invoice.

I'm also open to helping someone  do some work on a house you're flipping so l can learn more about real estate and come along for deals we can also discuss business over a drink.

So, ideally we would sell the house to a retail buyer with some kind of agreement that only certain amount of land will belong to the house and we will be working to subdivide the land.Has anybody done something like this?
