A door area camera might be nice in a sketchy area, but Texas requires door viewers which work well with dusk to dawn led lamps...and a decorative metal security screen type door is probably better security than a camera.

The area does dictate the tenant population and expectations, but the state of our buildings/units dictates how we perform in a given area.viz.a) Our student properties are a basic level of decore: clean, solid/indestructible, and easy to maintain.

Jennifer Lee I'd say if you can't afford to stage a house completely, so that it has enough furnishings and decor to spark the imagination of the buyer envisioning living there, then focus on staging the bathroom and kitchen simply but of a quality befitting the potential home buyer, and make sure the house is painted in a neutral colors (that doesn't mean everything has to be builder beige!)
