It's difficult to use, in my opinion. 

That's my honest opinion and I don't live very far from where your property is.

If the search is correct you keep adding 3 months back and 1/2 mile out until you have them.The best value analyzer in my opinion is only accessible by realtors.

I'm of the opinion that index funds are a better investment unless you are really hands on.
